Good Friends,

Summer has arrived, and with it, the sun. The sun (UV) can cause damage to our bodies in many ways. Sunscreen can protect you from UV damage. We are encouraged to protect our skin and eyes whenever we leave our homes.

Likewise, I hope you also make the spiritual decision to put off the natural man and put on the Armor of God. Ephesians 6:10-18 teaches us about the Armor of God, “Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil” (v11).

Loins girt with truth

Breastplate of righteousness

Feet shod in the gospel of peace

Shield of faith

Helmet of salvation

Sword of the spirit

I pray that you will prepare yourself with a personal study of the scriptures and living prophets. That you will develop a strong relationship with your Heavenly Father in prayer. And you will live a life that allows you to enter the temple and make covenants with God along your path back to Him.

I invite you to put on the whole armor of God every day.
